Items eligible for refund must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and documentation intact.
Proof of purchase, including order confirmation or receipt, is required to initiate any refund request.
Products must be returned in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. CYLARITH reserves the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unsuitable condition.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be shipped within 7 days after receiving return authorization. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days following inspection and approval.
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) reference.
Securely package the product and include the RA reference. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
